UK Delivery:
We aim to despatch most orders the same day or the next working day. You should receive your order two working days from despatch.
Smaller items such as leather journals, take 2-4 working days to arrive.
If you need your order in a hurry or guaranteed within 3 days, we strongly recommend you use our UK Next Day Guaranteed Delivery service. If you opted for our UK Next Day Guaranteed Delivery service and ordered before 2 pm Monday to Friday your order will arrive the next working day.
A signature will be required on delivery of your order.
International Orders:
International orders usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. Deliveries to some countries, regions and remote areas may take longer and in some circumstances up to 20 working days if sent via Standard Delivery. For tracking information, or if your order hasn't arrived after 20 working days, please get in touch with us.
Expedited delivery: If you would like your order quickly, we can usually deliver within a week of ordering. Please contact us directly at sales@scaramangashop.co.uk for a quote.
There may be additional charges for delivery to some remote areas/regions in some countries.
If you are ordering for delivery to an EU country* you will be required to pay VAT and any applicable duties and a processing fee to the courier/postal service before they deliver your order.
VAT will be around 20% but could vary depending on the country's rate, our leather goods are duty-free and the customs processing fee is approximately £12 for most of our bags. The processing fee may vary depending on the value of the order and the courier/postal service used.
