Our medium retro satchel bag is a fashionable, stylish, and sturdy multi-purpose leather bag with a perfectly aged vintage leather exterior.
Inspired by the classic iconic old brown leather school satchel, our versatile retro leather satchel with it’s sturdy construction - strong double stitching and tough canvas lining - is a great for all the day-to-day and work stuff you to carry around with you.
Our retro satchels are stylish enough for the city streets of Italy and tough enough for any Indiana Jones style adventurer!
Under the flap is the main compartment large enough to hold a small laptop, Macbook pro or A4 documents, with a side zipped pocket and a further pocket at the front of the bag. Their cool spacious design - with their strong double stitching and tough canvas lining - has made our medium satchel a popular alternative to our messenger bag. They make a perfect leather netbook bag.

Suitable for most 11"-13" screen size mini laptops and compact laptops (please check your laptop / notebook's dimensions before ordering. We strongly recommend using a protective neoprene sleeve.

Please bear in mind that each leather satchel is a totally natural product therefore the colours and the finish can vary from one piece to the next. Each has a unique antique leather / lightly distressed vintage leather look. Parts from several hides may be used to make a single Scaramanga leather bag. So there may be some variation in colour and the textures to the different parts of a bag, which will create a wonderfully unique effect. There may be significant variances in texture and shading, which is individual to each bag. Natural lines and marks in the leather are left fully exposed. These features go to show the genuine origin of our leather satchels and messengers bags, they form part of the bag and not affect its durability. Our leather bags are handmade and your new leather bag may be subject to natural variation in its size. All this simply enhances the unique appearance of your bag and adds extra character.

Love my satchel! Have had many envious looks from friends and family and can fit so much more in than I ever expected... My DSLR fits perfectly inside with the added benefit of no one knowing that its in there. Zipped pockets are also brilliant and I would now be lost without my man bag. Went to the Westend - Lakeside and Bluewater looking for a unique looking bag with a clear idea of what I wanted clocked up over 30 hours shopping time and found nothing that was to my taste. Brilliant bag. Looks great. Nice and roomy and the right compartments for what I need. I've had people on the street asking me where it's from. Only slight problem is the front compartment zip that can be awkward to close at times but it's a very minor issue. Great.
